This is the heart of the Kuching city. As you can see the DUN or Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Sarawak is at the last stage of their construction.
Front left of the picture is Buddhist temple and in between you are looking at the old buildings. I think old enough to call it a historic building.

So that building is a DUN Sarawak building… I asked the taxi driver about it when I was in Kuching recently. He didn’t even know what that building is.
