Panchor Hot Spring Resort Kuching

I went to Panchor Hot Spring on Sunday. I believe not many people know about this place, in fact this is my first time and I have to say this place is Amazing!

The hot Spring remind me of my awesome time in Oeda-Onsen Monogatari in Tokyo, Japan. I was naked in the grand indoor bath. I will not forget that day showing off my manhood (compulsory) and looking at many. The feeling is quite bizarre.

Panchor Hot Spring Kuching however nothing like Japan. You see trees and leaves and dirt and well you get the idea, every thing green! Absolutely amazing! If you love pure natural, this is the one place you must visit!

About 45KM from Sentosa, Kuching. The resort is new and there no other facilities, only changing room. The Hot Spring runs through a small Sungai (stream) with 42 – 43 Celsius. Small amount of sulfur smell were present according to my friends.

We asked the head of the village En. Tapok, will he expend the business or making better facilities and he told us only with government support.

The entrance fee to Panchor Hot Spring is only RM3 and if you’re there, please help preserve the mother nature.

      Hello Emma,

Sorry for the late reply. I was visiting Genting and enjoying myself looking at beautiful models at Mid Valley :)

To your question, seriously I have forgotten how to get there. However, You will not get lost if you drive straight from 18th miles (Siburan) and I am guessing it is in between 20th miles and the 18th miles.

You can always look out for the tiny sign board while you driving straight up.

I’ll try to update a map in time to come to help people to get there. I’ll try to get the phone number as well… wonder why I forgotten to put it down here.

      Cheers

Hello my friend! Long time no see, sorry for my lack of visit. Life was tough but I’m on my feet now, Yay!!!!

I am so happy you’re enjoying the photos :) I really had close encounter with this bat because he is sleeping.

Have you imaging eating one of this bat? No this one but the bigger type bat :) hehehehhehehe I know its sound gross but the local here actually eat them. I ate them few month ago out of curiousity.

When I was small (8 years old), I use to follow my uncle to catch this guys. We cought around 10 per night under a cherry trees. We would actually kill, to be exact, we BBQ this little bat! The taste is just so yummy!

I think my story is too gross hahhaahah but that’s how my grandma and grandpa survive during the war time. There’s no way you get enough nutritions if you not hunting.

You have a great weeks Kilauea Poetry!!! Yay!!! Thanks for your visit and comment hugs hugs.

    Hi Speedy! Hi Netster!

A trip to the Hot Springs? Sure, count me in. I wouldn’t mind getting away from the snow and the cold for a while. HA!

Netster, yes, I like Batman, but NOT bats. You’ll have to scare all the bats away from the Hot Springs before we go there, OK? :D

Wowowow! Didn’t know Malaysia got hot springs, since it’s always so hot there. The entrance fee is super cheap, but the facility looks a bit… well, as you said, an upgrade wouldn’t hurt :) Who’s that cute girl in the pic? Are there many cute girls like her? Ok, I’m coming, haha :P

Great review, bro! I wanna see the video. Please tweet the link, when you upload it :)
