Lok Kawi Orangutan

Orangutan really look a lot like us they caress their kids like human do. Orangutan in Lok Kawi seem to be less active.In Kuching however the ranger have to call them in from the wild life. Orangutan in Kuching in not in captive.

Butterfly actually do play with their mate they fly and chase each other. I don’t know if you have seen it or not but if you have seen a small kittens playing – that’s how it look like. Savvy? – LOL

Here’s three more photos from my visit last Christmas to Lok Kawi Wild Life Park for the second time. This animal never fail to amaze me with their naive and slow moment. They don’t seem to afraid of height, the bear were some meter height shelter and relaxing when I took the photos.

Birds Outside My Windows

Outside my windows are natural bushes that some time we clean up and there few very tall trees and it is so natural from looking out my windows. Birds love it and I I love it too. I stakeout for few hours yesterday and today – I manage to shot some photos of 2 birds that frequent here.

There are few more species but didn’t see ‘em today. Enjoy the photos please share if you like it.

Lok Kawi Malayan Tigers

Wildlife and nature at your door step and I have seen perhaps one of the greatest loves of all right at the Lok Kawi doorstep for real this time. Tigers show their love and affection almost as romantic as human does except they have sharp tooth.

Please check out some of these photos taken at Lok Kawi – the rain must have trigger the behavior of these carnivores in a way that we don’t normally see.

Greyson Chance meet the fans sessions in Singapore on November 14, 2011 Bugis Junction.

Lot of hysteria female teen fans and the autograph signing was awesomely tiresome for Greyson. People Q in the rain, waiting and screaming – unforgettable night for all the fans in Singapore.

Whiskered Tern in flight spotted in Kota Sentosa Kuching

Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybridus) is a beautiful and slick seabird that I spotted flying on our neighbor fish pond . We have been staying here for the pass 10 years and this is the first time I saw a seabird flying here. According to my friend @horukuru, an expert in bird guide also a spoke person for Nikon EDG products said “Whiskered Tern sometime Whiskered Tern does visit the land” I think this is very rare and I really impressed how persistent this bird during a fish hunting near the pond.

My works can be very interesting sometime I get to see some very funny moment or some very interesting life. Like this car for example who would have thought the owner would chained it like a dog?

Touring Tua Pek Kong Kuching

Facing Sarawak river “Sungei Sarawak” Tua Pek Kong (大伯公 Tuā-peh-kong) in Kuching, perhaps is one of the oldest Buddhist temple in Kuching Sarawak.

The last time I posted Tua Pek Kong (大伯公 Tuā-peh-kong) some requested more pictures. The caretaker in one of these photo hates photographer.

If you’re a visitor and wishes to find out more information about this temple you can visit Chinese museum across the road. It would be interesting to see some old photos of early Chinese uses this temple for prayer.

A friend of mine Mr. Sim is working with some other peoples to declare Tua Pek Kong (大伯公 Tuā-peh-kong) in Kuching a world heritage.
