Birds Outside My Windows

Outside my windows are natural bushes that some time we clean up and there few very tall trees and it is so natural from looking out my windows. Birds love it and I I love it too. I stakeout for few hours yesterday and today – I manage to shot some photos of 2 birds that frequent here.

There are few more species but didn’t see ‘em today. Enjoy the photos please share if you like it.

This is one special cock from Philippine according to the breeder Mr. Bong. Until recently I learned that these birds which breed for only one purpose, fighting, was given vitamins every morning. B complex to be exact.

These birds bath like human too. Mr. Bong would make sure these birds are clean from all type of flea.

Another breeder Mr. Philip says his fighter cocks lives better than his family members. Every morning before he off to work he would caress his fighter cocks. Like Mr. Bong, Mr. Philip would shampoo and fed vitamins to his fighter cocks. Unlike Mr. Bong approaches with livestock vitamin he uses human’s vitamin instead. According to him birds are like human and you should take care of them much like human do.

We were greeted by these 2 birds as we entering the birds park. I don’t remember how long I stare up the trees but I know I was blown away by these crazy birds.

I have always fascinated by these Egret birds. In front of my house there’s will always be flocks of Egret hanging around. It use to be just one or two of them few years ago but recently I notice they are getting more and more.

I think chicken, cock, rooster or birds whichever you call it is very interesting. Around the world human consume birds every day! Well if you haven’t notice, bird kills too! Current H5N1 avian influenza in Indonesia has 103 fatal cases! (Indonesia is very, very close to my home town!)

Have you seen a fighter cock before?

My home town is very famous with cockfighting! Cockfighting is illegal in Malaysia but there are still small group of people breeding these birds for sales.
